I would like some recommendations for 700 Remington smithing

With all due respect please don't point out the superiority of custom actions over 700's. I am a 40 year shooter both Professionally and recreational

I have my reasons for using older Remingtons for the projects I am pursuing.That being said I am for a competent smith(s) who top shelf work with a reasonable turn around time app 60 days who can true these actions and ream the scope base screws for 8-40, check primary extraction ,time bolt if needed and install bolt knobs.
Barrel threading and chambering if price is right. I will provide reamers and barrels.
Thanks gentlemen just trying the vast knowledge pool.
