Honestly here in central Texas Wayne I have seen very very few primers or decent powder on any shelves even if you had the money to buy them... It's still pretty horrible here or iam doing something wrong.... I wish I would have bought even more stuff but how much is enough..???? I certainly don't shoot rifle like alot of the people here but I do shoot alot of pistol training still or shotgun for skeet.... Now pistol prices are going down and shotgun stuff is skyrocketing here it's crazy.... I really enjoyed shooting skeet with the fellows at the club but unfortunately I won't pay $400 a sleeve for cheddite primers and $56 a bag of shot so I am backing my shooting way down.... I am going to be moving around January back down south and I think I can keep going till then but there's a limit on how low I will let my stuff get and it's breaking my heart thinking about it...I agree with almost everything you just said. I’ve lived through several shortages!…. When Bush was about done I bought thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of components, when Obammy got out I did it again and really I’ve never stopped!… I’m not short on primers at all but if I was and I wanted to shoot I would pay the price and wouldn’t think twice about it.

I hope I can find a bigger place to hunt on or even just shoot on but that depends on many factors like my health etc at the time.... I may not be able to take care of the place , it kills my trying to keep up my 5 acre place now especially since it's hitting the 100 degree mark already this year.... Shooting is zen for alot of people and I really hope this crap passes soon so everyone can get back to living and doing the things they like without it killing their wallets... It's about 70 miles round trip to my range so when you add up gas and ammo plus whatever else drinks etc it's getting expensive for me just like for everyone else.... It's really depressing but it too will pass it's just when I guess...
Good shooting...
