How's the generall shooting supply atmosphere near you ?

Just curious how your shooting supply compares to me. I'm in New Hampshire and currently I would say our generall shooting supply is good to very good. Reloading supplies seem to be back near normal. The popular pistol powders are still a bit in short supply but the not so popular pistol powders are in decent supply. Rifle powders also seem to be a normal, the favs such as Varget and R15 have been in stock for about the past month and a half. Primers are well stocked as well as projectiles. Ammo in generall is in great supply , but still the .22LR shortage continues, however I am definately seeing much more frequent random availibility of 325 and 500 ct bricks in stock, but still spotty. So I think overall things are looking positive !

In my area I haven't found any rimfire other than 17 hmr. Powder seems to be getting way better and bullets seem to be in stock more often.I am in new York. I meant to state, no brass.

California still isn't great. Some powders, most primers, plenty of .22lr but that is because it is priced so high at the local shops that only desperate people are buying it.

Central WI. Primers have been available for a while, powder is getting better but not much, brass is stills hard to find some types, bullets are getting close to normal I would say. As is ammo, except 22. Still rare around here in the shelf

Local shop has about everything in stock, primer prices are on the high side, powder $30/lb, lots of bullets and ammo, no 22 rimfire stuff to be had. I just do not get the 22 shortage.. I hear all the manufacterers saying how they are going balls to the wall. But where is the ammo going??

Some powders are still a little iffy but the products that were in short supply are now in most shops inventory (.22s, primers, .223 ammo). This is in DE and eastern PA.

Western Pa. isn't bad. Powder at $25.ish, plenty of loaded ammo if thats what you need ( not me ). I live between Dragman's place and Sportsman Supply so with sometimes a bit of patients and buying in quantity i am pretty lucky out here for now....... 8)

I'm averaging about $28-$31/lb for rifle powder at my LGS's, a 100ct box of .30 cal 168smk's are running about $37 , and Win primers cost me about $45/1K . Sounds like I'm right where everyone else is at as far as pricing.

Here in my immediate area (Houston) Varget is still hard to find. Pistol ammo is back at Walmart, although at a higher price. Academy is still short on the popular calibers .243 and .308. Things are improving, but not back to normal yet.

You'll know things are back to normal when Powder Valley has Varget in stock.

In SE NM powder is available in most varieties... at $35/lb.

Bullets are scarce, and expensive. Brass is unobtainium.

Rimfire is some mythical beast, like unicorns & dragons. Unless you are willing to shell out more than center fire ammo costs.

Was just at a supply house earlier, Powder-most everything available $28-33 lb, Primers (Win, Rem, CCI both lg & sm) - $45/1000, Bullets - lots of availability, except .17, $20-$27/100, Brass - nothing except .223 and 22 LR is currently seeking protection on the ESA List.

Here in MT,

Powder is doing really well. $25 - pound
Primers are doing great $30-brick
Brass is starting to come back big time
Bullets-bullets are really starting to hit the shelves
22s are now in good supply
Loaded ammo has been good since forever.

So basically, everything is great!

Every gun shop in Australia from big super stores, to little tin pot local sports shops all seem to have as much powder, primers etc as anyone would ever want. Shelves have always been pretty full of loaded ammo. It is just some imported bullets which are in shorter supply, so the local makers are happy.

Here in Idaho: The local sporting goods stores= cabellas and sportsmans warehouse have squat for powder, primers depend on the day.
The only real reloading store has a decent flow of powder unless you need varget or unique, finding those is laughable.
Has a bunch of primers but cci250.....still laughable last I looked.
.
Ammo, I don't know because I am so far from factory stuff I don't even notice it anymore.
.
BRASS is mysteriously absent EVERYWHERE. Lapua at the real store, nosler everywere at "you gotta be kidding" prices. A little hornady off and on.
Winchester, remington or federal.......... forget about it, bean that way so long I have began to wonder if they still make it.

ND
Rimfire? no we could use a billion rounds to make us have none.
Powders. Hit and miss mostly miss
Primers there seems to be there but very high. 3 to 4 times higher than online from what I saw
Bullets most seem to be in stock
Brass bare shelves they have some calibers but spendy.

NW Missouri .
Powder: seems to be is a good supply (varget and 4320 are kinda hit and miss) got a new LGS and for being new there powder is ...ok...mostly 8 pounders of 4060..and 335.
Primers: eh....here and there ..mostly winchester and remington. About $35 a brick
Bullets: EVERYWHERE! ! Except bergers! No body wants to carry them for some reason! And prices are not that bad (some differ) 6mm 107Mk. $32.
Brass: not really a whole lot around..I meen you can buy 45 acp..308..270..swift..but that's about it.
22LR: just about every LGS has bricks!! And not at bad prices..$25 ..one shop has about 400 to 500 bricks..cheap!!..but you have to buy a 22 LR of some sort to get the ammo!

See what happens when you unconditionally help a friend in need who has retired from reloading ? You get free stuff.......VERY GOOD free stuff.. 8) Both of these older kegs are still about 3/4 full

Austin TX area is mixed.

Primers are good.
Powder, hard to find specific powders. IMR 4064 is in good supply but others are harder to find. One of the local business's has an automatic email notification that I have been utilizing. Just picked up 3lbs of Varget today.

22LR is still hard to find. Sells out pretty quick when its put on the shelves.

Centerfire rifle is in good shape, plenty of 223/556, 308 and other in demand calibers.
Pistol is also not bad, plenty of 9mm and 45.
