Mine is going in the stock market right along with lots of other folks. It is just going to loose value sitting in the bank. As long as interest rates are zero and the government is giving money away the stock market is about the only way to maintain value.

I have thought about this quite a bit lately. Supposedly the Dems are going to hand out a “stimulus check“ to the amount of $1400 a person this time. When Mr. Trump was in office I felt strange taking the $1200 check and then recently a $600 check. I know better than this,nothing is free,somebody has got to pay at some point. I believe it is part of a slow methodical march towards socialism. I have been working steadily thankfully throughout this whole Covid disaster I have been very fortunate and do not need the money at least “free” money. Let the brainiacs that are in DC figure out who really should get the help, that is part of their their job. The first $1200 was spent paying ahead on my natural gas bill the other $600 is still in my checking account. Truthfully after learning what all is attached to these stimulus bills on both sides of the political spectrum I just don’t want to participate. I am either going to send my money back to Uncle Sam or donate it to an agency I know of that provides sonograms to women that are in an abortion clinic to see their babies, if they agree,before they make a fatal decision.Four out of five women choose life after seeing their baby. At this point I am just struggling with endorsing the back of the check.
