How southern folk store their powder?

How do the southern guys on here store your powder. When I lived up north and had a cool dry basement it was easy. Now I live in a state where it gets really hot and humid and have a slab house with no basement. Yes we run the air, to the best of our budget. But was hoping for some ideas, or do I just let the n133 ride it out.

Thanks

Did not know if some kind of storage container like a cooler with some drying packs or something? If just keeping it in the house closet is good enough, that’s good with me. Biggest concern is with ppc and craming powder in the brass for hotter loads, if the humidity gets to it, that may prove to make that more difficult.

SE Forida, on the top shelf of my closet closest to my reloading bench, cap screwed on tight, A/C pretty much runs 24/7. I am not sure if maintaining a certain percent of humidity is possible, or what that percent would be. I have always enjoyed shooting and reloading, but the more I read about moisture in my powder, what my primers weigh, how deep I set my primers, how often i anneal my brass, what pressure it took to seat a bullet, what my brass weighs, how consistent my bullets ogive is, it sounds like a tedious, aggravating, never ending job thaty I want no part of. I wish someone with credentials (scientist, physicist, many time world champion) would do some research on some of these things and tell all of us what works and what is myth. And just so you know, I like a primer with a little meat on it's bones.

I'm in Central Texas. Mine is kept in a closet in the house, so is under whatever temp/humidity control is effected by the HVAC year-round. My reloading room is a detached insulated A/C'd shed that has dehumidifiers (EvaDry) running continually. On days I am going to work there in the warmer months I turn the A/C on an hour or so before to stabilize conditions.

Mine is always in an air conditioned space. I have a room in back of the garage parking spaces. It has a mini split unit. The first summer I stayed here (Covid) I had left the system off. One afternoon, I went out to get a pound of powder that didn’t fit in my reloading closet. It was over 100 in the room. I left the air conditioner on full time after that.
Luckily, most of my powder was in the house.

I keep various doors closed in the house depending on which one. Reloading room is a spare bedroom, that might be a couple degrees off from the rest of the house. Some powder in there, and all my primers. Primers are in cabinet drawers, except several hundreds that are being used. Other powder stored in the dining room in a cupboard, probably the most temp stable. I doubt there’s more than 6-8 degrees in temp swing across the year.

Probably the worst conditions powder and primers are subject to is from the mfr to the store where the end user purchases. Or a distributor to the purchaser on a box truck or tractor trailer.

Don't know if you would "classify" Arizona as a "Southern State" , but most of my powder is kept in a Bedroom closet , on the floor .
Our humidity runs between 15 and 35% most of the year , except during Monsoon season , and I do my loading in the garage where all my loading stuff is , along with my Goldwing . There is a A.C. / Heating Unit , and the Garage door has been insulated with 3" foam so the temps stay in a reasonable range .
The powder I currently use is kept in the Garage in the original container . My methods don't seem to have any effect on my loads , or the target , since SD's run a average of 6-6.4 , and velocities are 2,660 - 2,670fps with a 200gr Berger Hybrid .
