Hornady Versa Prime

I'm not interested. Must have Hornady shell holders in order to use it. The 3 other priming tools I have are doing what they are supposed to.
 
I just set them there and push them in with my pointer finger and then use my thumb to finish mashing them flat across. Is that not the correct way? o_O:oops:
