Hornady 6mmBR Rem modified case in my 6mm BR Norma?

@Barko70 Using your die as a work holder, a simple drill press with a drill and a tap will require less than 15 mins of effort to make one. I have made dozens this way for folks who aren't inclined.
I realize not everyone has drill bits and taps, or even a small drill press, but if @Mark W is offering to do it for you, I would take him up on it (and send him a fire formed case with the neck set to allow a bullet to slide).

I drill mine with a cordless drill. Use a Wilson trimmer case holder and clamp it in my barrel vice. First couple times weren’t that pretty but I’m not too bad at it now. Doesn’t have to be perfect to do the job.

I took a couple small pcs. of oak and couple 1/4 inch bolts, nuts, and washers and made a jig. I drilled this hole with 7/16" bit and it seems to work fine with everything I've tried so far. I clamp it down to the table on my small drill press so as to keep it straight and centered. I run the motor on the press to drill the hole and feed slowly thru and then swap out to the tap and turn the chuck by hand to thread it cause my press even at low speed is too fast for tapping. Works well if you set it up straight and centered before drilling. Pic below is the last one I made for my 260AI.

I have a similar but much more crude jig. I found it easier to start with a 1/8 or so drill, then 3/16 before the final one before tapping. It seems to drill easier and not spin the case so easy.
