Help with V3 Trickler no Auto Throw

Just received a new V3 trickler, no auto throw. Attached to an Fx-120i as per usual.
App recognizes the device but when I try to start the motor I get nothing.
If I put in a target weight, the motor will run slowly and cycles on/off only for a few cycles and then stops.
What am I doing wrong here? Anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

You may have plugged the trickler into the autothrow port - the setup document should make it easy to bouble check.

Did it per the instructions provided, but you may be right. Instructions were for both auto throw and trickler. Will try to switch ports and see if that works.

You were lucky, connecting to the wrong port usually causes the autotrickler to spin in reverse and push the powder out of the cup and into your eyes and on the ceiling.

Did the movie Ghostbusters not teach you anything? Don't cross the streams.
