help with action screw torque settings

Can someone please tell me what the three action screws should be torqued at and in what order on a Savage's target action. These action will be set in laminated stocks having aluminum pillars and glass bedded.

Fred Moreno, Savage gunsmith, discussed this on savageshooters.com some time ago. Regarding synthetic stocks, he recommended: Start with rear action screw, 55 in. lbs., then front screw, 60 in. lbs, and finally middle screw 40 in. lbs. Hope I have this correct,from memory). You can probably go over there and do a search for it.
