If you bought it used you shouldnt get any warranty other than safety related.However remington has always bent over backwards for me .I sent them a rotted 1968 vintage gun that was rusted just inside the bedding area.When I had to beat the stock off with a urethane hammer,I realized something was wrong.The stock smelled like hydrochloric acid. The rep told me that in 1966-68 they toyed with salt cured stocks.It was a disaster. The bottom line here was for 164.00 they transformed it into a stainless ,heavy barrel,.308 tack driver. I think that speaks of there integrity.I have no problems with there service people once you actually get through.
