Help choosing a bullet.

I just started fooling around with an A&B barrel in 7mm BR. It finished at 25 1/2" on a Rem SA. Initial testing leads me to think I may be able to get into the 2700fps range with 120gr bullets. So far, I've only tried Sierras, but have some BTs loaded to try.
Can you guys offer some opinions as to which might be the better bullets to use for hunting? Primary game will be our smallish,100#) whitetails up to 250 yards. Secondary targets would be the odd 'yote and the ever-present feral hog. I know the ctg. is a bit light for hogs, but I can choose my shots. If I don't like this one, there will be another one, and soon.
I find myself wishing for a TSX around 100gr, but it doesn't look like that's likely to happen. I don't think I have enough pizazz for the 120s? What y'all think???
