Gun Club Names

Once again, thanks to everyone for their input. There were a lot of cute names and some that would probably have worked, but I think maybe some of you misunderstood the problem. I sincerely hope that none of you find yourself looking for property to put in a new range, but things being what they are some of you will.

Finding new property even in a semi rural state like TN is not as simple as looking at your bank account then going and deciding which piece of land to buy. We have been looking for a year and a half and have had contracts on three different properties. Circumstances eliminated the first two and we took the third to the county for approval. In a public hearing the neighbors totally shot us down (bit of a pun) with mostly foolish protests, but the county commissioners heard all they wanted to hear. They rejected us 8-0. Property is difficult to find, expensive and hard to get approved. I hate to think how it would ne in a state like New York.

What we were looking for in a name was something that fit who we are without advertising what we do. We DON'T want to draw attention. We aren't looking for more members. But we needed a new name. BTW- I think I mentioned that our attorney is probably the #1 expert in gun laws in the Mid South. We are fortunate to have him. We do have a name now and I think it will work.
