Grip For Eliseo

Hello,

I am eagerly(impatiently) awaiting my Eliseo Chassis. While I’m waiting I’m trying to get all my other goodies purchased.

What does everyone recommend for a handgrip? I don’t want a plain old AR type. Looking for comfort and control.

Let me know options please.

Thanks,
Cory

I use a Royal Arms target grip on mine. It only comes in a right hand model. Another thing to note, the Eliseo stock uses a 1/4-20 screw to hold the grip, and is non-standard for the AR15 grip screw. The Royal Arms grip requires a longer screw than normal, so there may be some extra parts you need to source to get it correctly attached to the Eliseo stock.

I use plain old AR15 grips customized by a hand full of automotive body putty so it is form fitted to my hand. File, sand, and finish as desired.

Another plus for the Sierra is that you can stuff bullets or a billet of lead into the bottom if you need extra weight.

MY ELISIO.

I asked Gary if he wanted to do a vertical grip and he said no.View attachment 1114960

I bought one of these from Gary. I cut it down for use in offhand. Would be nicer to be a little more solid internally, now I have the honeycomb exposed on the bottom. I plan to add a little bondo to the right hand side to provide a little more surface area for the palm. Overall I like it. A LOT BETTER than the Tubb grip I swapped it out for.

I put a Nill AR grip on mine. Had to do some fitting but looks and feels good. Not cheap.
