Got my BRX shooting

I got my rifle Back from my gunsmith recently and today I found a load it likes. Its a 6brx with 8twist 30" straight cylinder Kreiger, on a savage target action. Nat trued it and replaced thebolt with a slightly bigger one. Today I shot 32.7 varget, under 107 sierras. I shot it at 300 yards and I got 3, 1" groups and one group that would have been 1/2" but the wind got me 4 out of 6 shots went into 1/2". this is an amazing rifle and I really wanted the thank Nat Lambeth for his outstanding work.

I hope you will shoot your rifle out to 1000 yards. The 6mmBRX is so much fun to shoot.

If you go to Oakridge to shoot F-Class look for Jeff Saunders (from Oak Ridge). He has a switch barrel Savage target action. He shoots a 6mmBRX in F-Open an a 308 in F-TR. He would be a great guy to squad with to learn the ropes. There is another shooter from Ohio named David Frank who is shooting a 6mmBRX.
