Opinions vary.According to medical journal reports, the level of protection one gets from prior infection is far less than what is provided by the vaccines and the "immunity" wears off faster too. Evidence is from those who've reported having Covid more than once (like reported in this very thread), AND . . . whatever "immunity" one might get (there's a wide variance of "immunity" between various people) from having Covid, let's keep in mind that doesn't mean one can't spread the disease to others any different than those who've been inoculated.
Does SARS-CoV-2 natural infection immunity better protect against the Delta variant than vaccination?
A new study from Israel suggests immunity gained after recovering from a previous COVID-19 infection is more protective against the new Delta variant than vaccine-induced immunity. Natural immunity was estimated to be about 13 times stronger than having two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
I guess many of us who have had both Covid and the Vaccine are in pretty good shape as it pertains to the various offshoots.
