My good friend Bud Morse, who paid for half of this rifle when I was funds short, for my daughter, Paige. Her first target is the one on her left.

I found these photos while I was looking for old hunting photos. My friend Bud is now in nursing care, a WW2 vet now 90 years old. Paige is in college. The rifle is in my care now. And I really want #31....:)

Is that Snuffy's pup from Dogpatch?
Great images, and stunning Young Lady with Mad Skills!

Snert -- Thanks for posting. This would make a good "Sunday GunDay" feature story for the bulletin. I would like more details on the range and rifles. Let me know how I can best communicate. We need 6-7 photos, 700 words, and (if possible) a 1-minutes cellphone video.

In the third picture, is that a shooting bench built into the deck and railing? Interesting.....

Great pictures
Yes, it is. Not very stable, but at 50 yards to the target backer it made for many fun introductory shooting lessons, lots of scope adjusting, many test firings, and many memories with my friend.

Snert -

Howdy !

“ Uncle Dudley “ ‘smithed a lot of great bench guns, and varmint rifles.
I was blessed to have him just 6mi away, and he did some great rifle work for me; back when that was his livelyhood.

Wonder whether Tom Meredith did the stock on the Sinclair rifle, as he was working there in the latter -70 s ?
