Is the Dandy trickler a big improvement over a rcbs hand trickler?I started with the V2 Auto trickler and saw a huge improvement in SD and on target from the Chargemaster. While I'm waiting on the V4 I'm dumping with a Harrells and trickling with a little dandy thanks to a awesome fellow here! Hell I might just keep it like this if I'm not impressed with the V4.

what are your thoughts of the Ohaus Scout? With a little help, this Frankford Arsenal trickler works great. It has a longer stem that the Hornady one that I started with, but it worked the same. The scale shown is the Ohaus Scout SPX123.

Ohaus is owned by Mettler and they make perfectly decent balances. The Scout STX123 or STX223 should serve you well.what are your thoughts of the Ohaus Scout?
Yes, maybe @jackieschmidt can chime in on the lite for his use of loading at the range.
Creedmoor Sports has a good one with good reviews. Check them out. What do you recommend for a good electronic scale? Something in the $300-600 range.
I like it very much. Below is an earlier post on this question.what are your thoughts of the Ohaus Scout?
Ohaus Scout SPX123, very similar specs/performance as the FX201i, but at $417 (Amazon)-$429 (H&C Weighing), but it does not have the enclosure and isn't programmed for auto-tricklers. I've been using the Scout for 2 yrs with excellent results, hand trickling. Very stable, but I do have to turn off the HVAC to settle the air in the room (my garage shop). I've taken to using a 100 grain "Fake Zero" to move it away from its "auto-zero".

I just trashed one of these and ordered a RCBS 10.10I'm amazed at this little Smart Weight Digital Jewelry Scale, GEM20, that was recently listed on the Daily Bulletin for about $20. Well, I ordered one, after receiving it, put it into operation. Right away I noticed that the pair of tweezers that came with it were well worth $20 in their own merit! Not so the tiny "tray", which might be good for only loading 6mmBR? Doubtful? So, I borrowed the powder tray from my RCBS 10-10 scale...had it for over 30 years and kept it around as an unused back-up in case the big electronic digital ever went down. Tared fine on the little digital and would easily do loads for my largest 7mm WSM cartridge. I laid it aside thinking that it might be good for "field loading" at some future time, runs on 2xAAA batteries.
Today I loaded up some 140 cartridges for my 7mm magnum. After the cases had been charged with powder and were setting in the loading blocks, my little jewelry scale came to mind. Let's compare it! Got it out, all warmed, tared with the 10-10 pan, and proceeded to dump already weighed case's powders one by one out of the loading block and weighing the charges on the little digital, for about 30 total. The little scale consistently showed .04 gr more for each charge weighed on my big digital. (I can work that error out easily.)
I can comfortably say, "FOR SALE: RCBS 10-10 Scale, (minus powder pan)." But, not quite ready to sell the big digital yet. Yet not concerned about using the little one either!
