New scale n maybe powder measure

i think it's time to get a new electronic scale or scale that drops by weight n maybe a powder dropper to. I'm using an old ribs dropper wo baffle or anything and old electronic scale that doesn't seem to be as accurate as I'd like espically adding or taking away small amounts. What do you guys recommend?
