Comparing, this load shot 2840-2850 in my past gun, 26" Pac-Nor 3 groove 8t.

What's your results - NO moly? Thanks.

I am shooting 30.2 grains with a Berger 105 BT and getting excellent results,groups less than 2.0" at 600 yards) and 2900 fps. Wife's gun is using 21 grains of VV550 and the same bullet and also doing very well,groups less than 2.5" at 600 yards).

FWIW, with an overall length of 2.3 inches, Quickload says 2741 fps.

Is that TWENTY ONE n550? Thanks for the info, I will start working up for speed. I can readily see, all guns seem to vary. Wonder if there are just so many variations in chamber, throat and bore dimensions and using a long bearing surface bullet makes things fickle?

Did you mean 31 grains of VV550, just curious.
