i have only been part of this forum for a few months. here are two observations i can share.

1- the knowledge base here is incredible. even when we don't agree we all can benefit from different points of view. several forum members have helped me out more than i can write here( i lack the vocabulary to adequately describe )

2- the members here are very trustworthy, honest ,and decent people. i have had some recent transactions in the sale portion of the forum and everyone i have dealt with has been awesome.

i hope i can return the favor over time and if i can help let me know. thanks "see" you all around. - matthias

It only takes one bad apple to spoil the barrel. I have only one very bad transcition and that would have been avoided if the individal would have been honest in his ad. I think a lot of this could be avoided if phone numbers would be required.

I agree this forum is at the top. Willing people to help you out. Like you said agree to disagree basically and in most cases there is always more than one way to get the same results so good to hear different point of views from experienced people
