So if we put said porky suspended in a bubble of ballistic gel, hit him with said 460 Hornet Lott Improved at 100 yards (don't want to be too close), film with one of those high speed video cams, then measure dispersion and penetration of said quills, would that be enough proof, or should we simply take our phones and deer rifles into the woods and see what we see?

I am thinking a serius engineer type should chime in. we need a math guy too. And I will pull the trigger.

Well, there you have it. Do you see what can happen when a gangstah posts under an assumed name? Dave would have never said those things.

What's in a name? I tend to not introduce myself to the new guy on the block. How ya doin? What's up? Howdy. Is usually good enough for me. I say "Hey there" because the other guy also didn't mention his name, and that's fine too.
Two weeks ago I was walking the dog along the St. Clair River along Thomas Edison Parkway. I met a guy who looked a little down on his luck. He asked my dog's name and I said "Red". The guy mentioned that the river appeared to running faster than usual and I agreed. We exchanged other pleasantries and then went along our separate ways. Imagine my surprise when I saw on the evening news that he had jumped in the river a short time later and drowned. His lady friend said he seemed depressed and had committed suicide. Maybe I should have more open to him.

I will tell you this I was reading the post and I thought it was amusing and as i started Typing my EX WIFE called to bitch so I got a little carried away, But I do think folks have to much bitching going on on this Educational board. Back in the mid 80's I was working as a service adviser at a Honda car dealership and the battle ax that worked in the office would go to lunch everyday with the other SA Don. One day she calls up and I answer the phone and she asks to speak to Don and I hand him the phone and say JUST loud enough " It's the dragon". After that she was sweetest old lady you would ever want to meet

I thought! you were having a bad day. Given those circumstances, I understand your post, completely. For a minute, tho, I did think Snert had "done something". I was starting to wonder if he had a dark side. He has tried to stir up trouble with me and my wife in regards to my camper. Hearing that he shoots a 460 Lott on steroids prolly explains it. You know what they say about repeated brain trauma.

No snert, NO! You can't suspend the porky in ballistic gel, you leave air space and surround him with a donut of ballistic gel. That way you get true "quill ballistics". I've got that donut mold somewhere........
