Fitting Tikka t1 into Eliseo Tubegun

The bare action fits into the action no problem but there are some fitment issues with the other bits.
The bolt handle does not lift as high as the centerfire and needed a little a relief cut in the action sleeve. Mine is over cut, it only needs about 1/4" clearance.
Next the magwell, which attaches to the reciever needs the attachment tab cut down to clear the action sleeve and needed 2 little wings cut down just a bit.

Then I cut the bolt stop closer to flush with the reciever because the hole for the bolt stop pin is further forward than the t3. That way i can leave the bolt stop in. Because I cut through the spring cup bottom, I replaced the spring with a piece of rubber. 20190122_231114.jpg
I also shaved down the sides of the magazine just a touch so the mags slide in the eliseo magwell without dragging.
I have not gotten it to the range but function wise it works now. Now I can practice inside with my competition rifle and use my barnard trigger with it even. Fingers crossed the thing shoots worth a dang.
