Too bad im out of money for the year haha. Im fixing to screw my 22xc on this weekend. With them being close to the 75gr i will back it off 2 gr and start there

I would start at 38.5 h4350.

I would suggest that one stick with relatively mild loads. 38.5 grains of h4350 with a 75 ELDM is 3350 in my 26-in barrel. I would think just slightly over that would be plenty considering the incredibly high ballistic coefficient from this new bullet.

Terminal RPM for an eight twist is about 3550. Many varmint bullets could go above that because of their blunt nose shape. I'm not sure this one will tolerate much above that. We shall see.
