??? Not sure why you would think that. I use an LRA bipod, which is basically a giant-sized Harris or Atlas bipod. I use it in conjunction with an oversized rear beanbag, pre-loading the bipod. All my F-TR rifles wear McMillan A5 stocks, which have a significant angle to the toe. Such a setup works quite well. If you're dead set on using an eared rear bag, I can understand your statement, but frankly, an eared rear bag is not the best way to go with a Harris-type bipod. Having a relatively shallow angle to the toe is much more critical when using a ski-/sled-type bipod.Hi Ned
As I use the harris bipod, I need the stock to have a small angle in the toe.
