Beginner front rest for Fclass

jonbearman said:
Shiraz you are a class act and I also understand you make guitars?

Thanks - I make them in my "spare" time which is non existent nowadays. I had to stop temporarily when I got involved with the US F-Class Team as shooting at that level requires time dedication.

Some of my guitars:

Buy that rest and get on the waiting for a NEO. Save up while the NEO gets here and when it does, sell this rest and upgrade.

+1 on what Erik stated. I have had a Farley and a SEB NEO (Rattigan version) and would never consider anything but my NEO.

Shiraz, will the new top be windage adjustable like the one it came with or of a different configuration? Thanks.

Shiraz, will the new wider top be such as it will fit the BE1004 base? Please?

Yes it does. Guess I will have to order some extra tops as well. :)

That means all the guys that have the Bald Eagle rests purchased within the last 2 to 3 years will have the ability to upgrade to the wider fore-end top.

MJT - we have 2500 front bags on order and they should be coming in soon. We do have the 3" wide for the F-classers in stock.

Butch - thanks!

I think the Bald Eagle rest is a great deal. Its only drawback is a slight delay when turning the windage nob. I have been very happy with mine so far and there are many ways to improve them that are cost affective.
