I still do that D. Tubb trick of a piece of Scotch magic tape on the opposite eyeglass lens so you can relax your face muscles and both irises still get the same amount of light. Simple, elegant solution.

I like this option over the patch and have used it several times for short periods when I was experiencing vision issues.
