Exporting a throating reamer

Is anyone aware of any regulation stopping me from sending a throating reamer to New Zealand?

Do you mean a piloted tubing reamer? No restrictions on that.

There are no restrictions as it is a tool and not part of a firearm.

Youd be surprised what all is under ITAR control if its made FOR firearm mfr or maintenance

Tools are not on the list. I had a reamer sent to me In Canada no problems from Manson. Same as reloading tools no issues.

I am a State Department and BIS licensed exporter of ITAR items. Believe me when I tell you that tools DO NOT FALL under ITAR
