Entries for 2017 F-Class Worlds - Opening Jan 18

Canadian F-Class nationals is $380.. the World's is $400.. this is in Canadian dollars. Does not include the team matches.
Team matches are included in the price for Nationals. And for those of you that think this is to high let me tell you it's not. This range provides some of the best markers in all the world. I've been twice now and I have to say it's one of my favorite places to shoot.

.

Is there a way to attend only the 4 man Team Match at the Canadian Nationals? Not the individual matches.

LRCampos.

The team matches are only offered for those registered for the Nationals. If we get the volume of shooters we are expecting there likely won't be room anyway!

Scotty, I see it's limited to 200 individual applications, I was told there was over 100 individual applications entered the first day, is that correct?

Based on the number of National teams that are attending we expected to be able to offer roughly 200 spots to non-affiliated shooters (people not on their respective National teams). Kathy in the DCRA office is still working away at getting all the entries reviewed and confirmed so at this point I don't have an exact number of entries received to date. We also don't have team lists from all countries so we can't really say a given entry should be slotted in the spots for the team from that country, or into the non-affiliated spots.

We hope to have this settled by mid next week at which time we'll share an update on where things stand. I will say based on the very preliminary information I've seen that if you are considering coming then I wouldn't wait too much longer to get your entry in.

The rules are not very clear at all as they were in 2013. Does anyone know if the non affiliated four man team is expected to provide a scorer and a puller for the adjacent team?

I do! ;)

The official match conditions haven't been published (aside from the standing ICFRA ones), but the short answer is that markers are provided but teams will need to provide a scorer for their neighbour. It is intended that shooting team members be able to fulfill the scoring role as well so that teams as small as 4 can compete.

Got confirmation from DCRA that payment was received and they sent me a zero balance invoice, with a note saying they are processing entries in the order they were received.

So things are moving there.

Im hoping to hear from them soon. I had my entry emailed to them within 25 min but the first email bounced back so I was about 1 hr out.
