Dry lubricants moly'mica' and graphite

Tell me your first hand experience with any of the three. Which one is your preference and why. What you use it for resizing turning chamfer deburring bullet seating or coating so on so forth?

I make a 50/50 mica/moly mixture for bullet seating. I don't recall where I got the idea...been doing it for 20+years for accuracy loads.

Graphite for brass resizing....not often as I mostly NS.
Nearly fill a 35mm film canister with the finest lead shot you have access to and add as much graphite power as you dare.
Plunge each case to be resized into the lead shot and tap on the way out to dislodge any stubborn shot.
Feel your way resizing until the FL die insides is properly coated in graphite and then plunge, tap and size to your hearts content.

Not used for other reloading applications.
YMMV

After seeing the bore of a rifle i bought, ill never use moly. I use hbn and ws2. I use neolube 2 in necks before bullet seating. I should add, once the moly was removed from the bore the rifle went from 1” to .5” and rebedding took it to under .1”
