For the life of me I could not figure out what you guys were talking about regarding "someone wanting something free", "being irritating", etc, until someone said "and ignored" so I checked my ignore list and dang, there it was, the answer! Seems i hit that button after my first encounter with him. Now that I know, all is right with the world, calmness and peace are washing over me.... and I just made my $ donation, again. Gotta love that button!

Mabie I should try that ignore button--J seems like a good one to start with.

Xx- I donate monthly as I figure it evens out their income and I always seemed to go to long between donations. Time Flys when ur having fun as they say.

You're probably a nice person who maybe got up on the wrong side of the bed ,but instead of pizzing people off - don't !!! Someone said his father gave him an old saying : When you find yourself at the bottom of a deep hole , learn to put the shovel down ! The good Lord gave you a brain so that you could think things through before you spoke . A happy holidays to you and yours - no response is wanted .

You are right. I just assumed everyone knows nothing is free and I assumed anyone can spare $5 or $10 but I admit I don't know that for sure. My apologies.

In my opinion, if someone can afford a device that allows them access to the internet or if they can afford to own a gun to shoot, they can afford a $5.00 or $10.00 donation to a sight that they frequent..... and if they are a decent person, they'll make the donation.

In the end of the third line, in blue, is the word "ignore". Click that.

That user is now ignored, and you won't see their posts unless you voted for President-Elect Trump, in which case it will only work as long as you keep your eyes closed, your fingers in your ears and shout "LA, LA, LA-LA" loud enough.

Sure.

You have issues with reading post from certain forum members, click on their forum name to bring up a box showing info about them. Therein is the popular 'ignore this user' function: click on that gets you a yes/no option. It's undoable, and threads you read that bear posts from these folks have a tag you can use to 'reveal' posts that otherwise aren't showing.

Nice feature of the new software on which this forum is run.
