Do you brush inside necks after annealing?

My brass prep process looks like this:

dry tumble in walnut
decap (universal die)
uniform primer pockets (Sinclair carbide)
anneal (Induction Annie)
lube (Imperial wax) inside and outside
resize with elliptical expander (Hornady die)
neck turn to remove donut if needed
wet tumble with jeweler's polishing balls, Dawn & LemiShine
trim & chamfer (Gracey with Giraud cutter

With new brass I start at the uniforming step.

I don't brush inside necks after annealing because wet tumbling deals with the residue.
