Disturbing Prospect -- Gun Owner Insurance Law

I haven't watched the news channels in years (too depressing) so correct me if this is off base, but yesterday at the pistol range a fellow shooter informed me that the Colorado Legislator has passed a bill requiring mandatory insurance for all gun owners.

I believe the city of San Jose, CA has such a law. Despite living 30 miles north of there, I have very little information on how that played out. I remember the public outcry when it was proposed, and I remember the Mayor signing it to enact it, but pretty much crickets in the year or so since it passed. Even the gun rights groups have been silent on it (though to be fair, I haven't really looked for info, either.)

Funniest part was that just after they enacted the ban, they set up collection boxes where people could drop illegal knives. Shortly after, someone went around and broke into the boxes and stole all the surrendered blades.

That figures! All this stuff has a bad feel to it.

And the speaker of the house (trumpie`s buddy, mike johnson) is going down to texas to support the other guy who is a RINO. But don`t kid yourself, Herrera agreed to some unconstitutional BS, too. The videos are out there.

Our country is crashing. Nobody to be trusted anymore.
