Disappointed with Smith and Wesson

I have a ruger rpr in 338 lapua mag someone bumped the rifle making it fall and hit the muzzle break causing damage i called ruger to purchase a new one and they said no charge and sent me a new one you just have to be nice to the person you talk to it goes a long way.
