I use Dillon case lube for my higher volume reloads, and I spray it on, and have never had a problem with it affecting the powder. I spray lightly, and use my hands to rub the cases to distribute the lube.
After I have loaded the rounds on my Dillon 550, I dump them on a clean towel, which has been sprayed lightly with a solvent ( like brake cleaner) and wipe off the lube.
I do not do this for my benchrest loads.
Then I tumble them in corncob for about 30 minutes and load. Works great for me.
that lube is why dillon dies have stuck case removers built in. the only lube that has stuck more cases is one shot

Are you saying that you have stuck cases using Dillon spray lube
