Case Lube

I should have made myself more clear. I want to make sure that every case gets lube inside the case snack.

Well, that's different. I dry tumble my cases for a few hours to clean off any dirt, and I have a carbide sizing button. The dust from the walnut media inside the case seems to have the same effect as dry graphite.

For my big cases like 300 Win and 338 Lapua, I use a small amount of mink oil on a nylon brush to get inside the necks.

I guess the maker is correct. You can use it for everything shooting related, it seems.

I followed the instructions in detail - still managed to stick four cases. Prior to trying the One-shot, I used Dillon for all my high-volume sessions where I might spray down a few thousand pieces at a time. NEVER stuck a case. I have gone through about 30 bottles of the Dillon pump bottles and I get several thousand out of each bottle. The One-shot got me four stuck on the first can. I tossed the remaining cans I had bought. If I still had them - I'd send them to you. I like the imperial too - but impractical on high-volume loading sessions with A/R brass, etc. unless time is of little value.

I agree on the high volume loading. I wish you had them still as well haha!....I may give your Dillon a try it’s one of the few lubes I’ve never used.

I see this thread is almost 10 years old but I switched to Pam nonstick cooking spray. It’s the best lube I have ever used for FL sizing. That includes one fired machine gun 308 brass getting it ready for my M1A. It’s cheap and I get the generic store brands so it’s available everywhere.

In a pinch, I've used Pam cooking spray, which actually works reasonably well. Not a fan of RCBS - too sticky.
