Looking for a good chamfer tool. I know about the KM. I had one and it is obviously nicely I saw the. Darrell Holland. Seems like a nice design and is one of a few on the market that is carbide. Any thoughts?

I haven't used it, but you should know that their shipping fees are high and they charge credit card fees. I recently bought their Perfect Primer Seater. Shipping and the credit card fee were over $40. You don't get to know shipping ahead of time. Had I known it was $42 on top of the $170 for the part, I would have not bought it.

I’d say it probably works fine. Made my own and it works great.

I'm the odd one out it seems. I've owned a K&M forever and although its nice and works fine I use my carbide tools and haven't touched the K&M in who knows how long.

I have used carbide tools exactly like the Holland's and they worked great. I already had them in a set of burrs for an air turbine spindle grind tool, so it didn't cost me anything to try it on case necks.

That said, I'm another fan of the K&M. It pilots straighter and is adjustable. It creates a very accurate VLD chamfer for a hand tool. I have the power drive adapter for them, but have never felt like I needed to use them.
