Butch,
There's a drawing by 'lefty222' of the 457 trigger in the CZ forum over on RFC that shows which adjustment screws do what. I used this drawing as a guide to adjusting the triggers on my 457s (have three of these rifles), and was easily able to get them adjusted down to from 1lb to just a hair over 1lb, with little to no creep, and a very crisp, clean break, and to do so without changing springs or any other parts. They're a whole 'nuther kettle of fish when compared to the 452's trigger. BScar is now making one of his excellent triggers for the 457 - he previously built triggers for the 452s.
No they wont fit a 457, I have light pull springs in the classifieds here that will in most cases get your pull weight down to 8oz with proper adjustment, I have sold quite a few of these and not had any complaints.
