Copper issue.

I did a proper break in much better than I normaly do it never even looked like improving over 30 shots with the usual cleaning routine we are all led to believe is the right way.
Funny thing is my best barrel I ever had and still have and still shoots with 7000 rounds on it never had a brek in at all.

Nevermind. You got this!

Well gunsmith checked barrel today cant see anything out of order hes making a plug to check bore size hes thinking it may be a bit tight after me telling him that Im getting ejecter swipe and pin indent on cases on all loads min to max.
He has used this reamer on a number of different brands of barrel with no issues so my next barrel will be a australian made barrel at least I can go to the front door with any issues if ther be any.

Here’s the advise of master machinist and world renowned gunsmith Henry Rempel, “stop polishing your barrels.”
Ultra smooth barrels have issues similar to OPs, ie excessive copper fouling and ultra smooth chamber will cause premature excessive pressure signs.
If all else fails, take coarsest compound and short stroke a tight patch through it. Only use chemicals and bronze brush to clean from now on.

^^^ This is sage counsel.

Some of the latest copper removal chemical formulas are pretty harsh. I get copper similar to the photos in post 37 with both Accubonds and Scirocco II in my 30-06 and 300 WSM, respectively.

I use Sweet’s 7.62 for routine cleaning every 20 to 30 rounds, and it does a reasonable job of copper removal. However when accuracy declines, I do this;

After many hours of research and application, I settled on good ol’ Hoppe’s Benchrest 9 as the “Best and Safest” copper remover. I cap the muzzle, fill the bore, and let it soak over night. Works like a champ every time. The next day, I drain, brush with a poly brush, and mop the bore. The end result is always factory new clean and restored accuracy.

Are you firing your initial round though a dry bore? I was taught to loose patch the bore with a light coat of high pressure oil like Marvel Mystery Oil after cleaning before firing.

I had one barrel where the "new guy" was learning to lap barrels. The barrel was lapped so smooth that the barrel turned solid gold in 60 rounds, chamber was a 223 match with 52g Bergers at 3450 fps!

It would seem there is a lot of bullet interference with the bore.
If you can't get help from the maker or a local; measure, cast it or slug the barrel to establish the true size.

Having read all the comments this is where I would go.

Gunsmith has rifle with loaded rounds to test he seems to think its to smooth but will shoot so he can see for himself the amount of copper it gathers.
He also is going to make a lead slug of the bore to measure the bore.
Apparently truflite have a new guy doing the barrels and I was shown a few barrels that have come through his shop and they were not to flash.
They had black pitting and holes in the bore that is caused by not rinsing the barrels properly and leaving them sitting on the bench according to several gunsmiths.
I dont know all the whole process but I assume it must be some sort of acid bath.
