You can sign all the petitions you want, but they will likely fall on deaf ears. You can bet on one thing the limitations on anything to do w/SO CALLED assault weapons was already in the works. This school shooting was just the fuel needed for the fire.
With 2 conflicting stories on the AR, was it in the school, or was it still in the car???? Be it truth or not, for the governments purpose it needed to be found in the building. We will likely never know !!! LDS

Exactlly. Atleast it let's some of us feel like we are doing something to make a difference. Whether it does, doubtful. But it is worth a shot.

I've signed petitions, sent NRA $$, what else can we do? Contact our democratic senators and tell them how to vote, like that will help. Like Larry said it probably was already in the works. At what point does sending money do no good?

Won't watch,but I will give you my view , The NRA will make sense and have logical common sense idea's,the Interviewer will downplay and ridicule and everything stated will be taken in the usual Liberal media bias . Happen's everytime !!!

By requiring "Gun Free" zones such as schools, courts of law, airports, Dr.'s offices, places of business etc. they are inferring that my safety is guaranteed by them. If harm comes to me or mine in such a place my right to sue them should also be guaranteed. A couple settlements in the tens of million dollar range and perhaps they would view their stance differently. For the love of God this is America! I and mine have fought for our rights and they shall not be infringed!
My thoughts and prayers go out to those lost and theirs in Newtown, CT.

They make laws for everyone else then exempt themselves.....even exclude the liable issues from their own laws. How typical.

The whole problem is the government doesn't give a damn about criminals or us they just want the guns out of our hands because every third world country has proven you can't fight the government with sticks and rocks. Then they can do what ever they want without fear of us. Criminals will still have guns but if caught punishment will be swift and severe just ask Stalin or Hitler.

This whole issue is disgusting.
