Cleaning Rod Holder

Nothing glued so I can expand if needed.

Picture this- a strip of wood ( mounted horizontally:)) and cup holder hooks. I got the rubber coated ones from ACE. I had to open the loop for my Hoppes shotgun rods, but Dewey's and Proshot rods fit perfect.
Tipton would have been the EASY button, but I refuse to buy that crap.
 
I made my own. Made slots and counterbored holes on the milling machine then welded another piece of aluminum for a wall mounting face, and bead blasted it in my cabinet. Fun little project and works perfectly.

If a person doesn't have machinery, tools, and raw material to make it out of aluminum or steel, the same type of rod holder could easily be made out of wood.
