True 6.5 Cleaning Rod ????

Does anyone make a straight up .264 cleaning rod? There are plenty of .22 to .264 rods out there, but they tend to bow if you have to use much pressure. Prefer a 42-44" rod with a "no/brass" jag holder and coated stainless steel.

I checked 5-6 sites with nothing in stock that I want.

I got away from the coated SS rods, the cleaning chemicals would eventually strip off the powder coating. I went to Carbon fibre. They'll bend, but they always return to straight.

I like the Montana rods for .284 and 30 cal, but the ones I found in stock were 22-264.

The 22-6.5 fiber rods from Dewy wear over time, especially running tight patches/ brushes with JB or iosso. Both mine have fine splinters on worn spots and catch rags when cleaning. They lasted a long time, so I shouldn't bitch.

Finally went to BoreTech, they showed the 6mm to 270 x44" instock. Bought 2 @ $75 each shipped.

Thanks for input.
