Many things have changed since I started this business in early 2000.
On the start, I took every order by ph, and processed cards in house.
I know personally how good it is, to actually talk w/a real person
when doing business. I like it and so do you. Things were good until
exporting became more important to the Jewell Co, than the American vendors. When my incoming inventory became so unpredictable as to quantity,
models, and delivery dates, I had to make a choice, of quitting or going automated. The automation takes me out of the loop, of answering the phone, and giving you an lame excuse or a wrong answer as to when the next shipment will arrive. Simple truth, I NEVER KNOW
If you have attempted an order, and it fails, try,try again. The next option
is to mail a ck once you have verified product availability, then call or email me to reserve that item for you.
With every order submitted, first you will receive an automated email,
then during that business day, you will receive a personal email telling
you when your order will be mailed, along w/a tracking number.
I try hard to be the best at what I do, fair pricing, the fastest
FREE delivery, and good communication. The reason I do it
this way, it's what buyers expect from a good vendor, and
I want to always be your JEWELL trigger dealer.
