choosing best powder using quickload

I was looking at possible powder choices following the suggestions on this Video

In the propellant setup table a figure of 115% is used in the "usable case capacity filled up to" window. In the video it is stated that this is 115% with the bullet in there, but no other explanation of why this figure is used is given. I can't find any info on this figure in the instructions .PDF

I notice if I change this value to 100% (the default present in the window) then the order of the powders given in the list changes markedly. What value do most people prefer to use in this window?

I use 105%, this gives me a slightly compressed load but not too much where it would push the bullet out and where I don't have to use a drop tube.

115% is too much in my opinion.

I use 105% as max case fill too. Also I use optimal barrel time to select powders in conjunction case fill.

In another post I had noted that 111% fill had the powder at the base of the neck after settling - it does seem to be too much crush when QL says the base of the bullet will be .43" below the base of the neck..
CPorter, I too sort by OBT after reading that article - lots of great info.
