Yep , That's why even if you've have a good load .020 off the lands that you've tested near max charge and all is GTG . You really don't want to try that same load jammed or even touching really .
It really depends on what you prefer but a lot of guys start at minimum charge weights with the bullet touching or jammed . You then only have one direction of adjustment and that's "off" the lands which should be much safer to play with then adjusting to or into the lands .
