Change bullet

If I pull a bullet out of finished load can I put one back in without any resizing? Thanks in advance

Personally, I don't as it changes neck tension. I dump the powder in my scale pan, remove the decapping pin from my die and replace the expander ball, re size the case, dump the powder back in and re seat the bullet. If it's only one round, set it aside in your box and just shoot it as a fouler after cleaning.

To get some more .308 brass for my F Class rifle, I bought a box of Win SuprX 150 gr hunting loads. Pulled the bullets and seated 150 Hornady fmjbt over the factory powder charge without resizing the neck. Planned to use them as foulers as per 'Chuckhunter'. During the next benchrest session at my club`s 300 metre range, I shot groups with the pull-downs and with my premier load of RX15 and 155 Sierra Palmas. You guessed it - the pull-down foulers shot tighter groups at 300 metres. Maybe I read the wind more accurately with the pull-downs. This was just a few groups and I certainly would not use the pull-downs in competition but it does make you ponder.
