Champion's Choice Customer Service

I had the zipper rip out of a new soft rifle case. I sent them an email describing the problem, a picture of the rip along the sewn seam. They replied back 3 days later with a tracking # for a replacement and an apology for the problem. When I told them I'd send the defective back in the replacement box, they told me not to bother.
Outstanding service in my mind.
 
What does shipping speed have to do with customer service? Wait until you have an issue with an order, then decide on their customer service With how they handle the issue.
I think fast shipping speed is a pretty good indication of customer service and a positive business model.

I've been doing business with them for more than 30 years and they've been steadfast in standing behind their products. In an age where customer service works until you need it Champions Choice has always done the right thing by me.

When their site was down and they were having problems getting it back up to speed I would call and place my orders by phone and they were always nice as could be and apologetic about the site issues they were having. When the site was back up my log in credentials were lost in the reset. I called and they were again very courteous and helped me get my old account back up and running. So far that's good in my book.
 
Many years ago my brother and I drove to their shop and picked through a few boxes of Anschutz rifles until we found the wood we liked. It was lunchtime so they invited us to join them, it was a delicious home cooked meal. Been dealing with them a long time, Good folks.
You turned me on to them and they've been a great resource for rimfire ammo ever since.
