The latest batch of cases aren't as good as previous ones (thinner material, handles in different place so not as balanced), and recently people with tears and failing seams can't seem to get ahold of customer service.

Great to hear Dean I have 2 of them that didn’t last a year I might get ahold of them and see if they’ll replace mine.
