I purchased a CZ920 20ga shotgun this summer and have been very please up to this point at the range and shooting light hunting loads on dove and grouse. Recently, I have been having issues cycling hot 3" non-tox loads for waterfowl hunting. I emailed their warranty dept. to see if they have seen this issue before and if they had any suggestions. One of their gunsmiths responded in less than 24 and confirmed my suspicion stating a new part should hopefully correct the issue. The parts were shipped out that afternoon free of charge.

I have been very impressed with their timely responses and CZ gunsmiths/customer service deserves a shout out. Lets hope these parts correct the issue!

When I had a small issue with one of their rifles, same with me, gave them a call and zippo matter taken care of and no charge on part changed.

Never had a problem with CZ, but had a couple of customs built on their 550 Magnum action. They make a fine rifle IMO.

I've ordered several things from their accessory line. Was very pleasantly surprised at how efficient they were. Just saying,manufacturers in a lot of cases,advertise parts and accessories but drop the ball miserably when you actually try to use that service.

I had to send an over and under back to them for repair a number of years back. They took care of it no questions asked. I'm a CZ fan.
