PT&G customer service

PT&G customer service via their guy Steve....
Ran into a tight bore on a 25 caliber barrel over the weekend, so called PT&G Monday morning to order a few more bushing's..
I was surprised when a guy answered, I thought it was Dave, because usually one of Dave's chicks
answers the phone.
Anyways I tell Steve what I need and he says he will check on it and call me back 'O(

Here we go again I thought when I hung up the phone !!!!!!!

Less than 10 minutes later Steve calls me back and says he will have them on his desk by noon and will mail them out to me that afternoon..

I'm thinking -here we go again !!!!!

Damned if they didn't show up yesterday morning, and I was only was charged $5.00 for shipping..
STEVE IS THE MAN !!!!!!!!!

I've only ordered from PT&G once. had 3-4 phone conversations, and always got someone on the line when I called....and as a bonus, the 2 times I left a message, I got a call back, once the next day, and the other time, the very same day. there CS was great for me

Over the last two years I've bought reamers, go gauges, bolt assemblies and recoil lugs from PTG. I've had several conversations with Dave, Jimmy, Stephanie, Melissa and most recently (last Monday) Steve. I've always thought their service is adequate and the fact that you can actually talk to Dave (he returns calls!) makes me a loyal customer. But I also feel that Steve went more that the extra mile for me. PTG is a wonderful resource for the non-professional gunsmith.

For some of the more sought after items, it may take a while longer for them to get the product to you, because they also supply sites like Midway, but you will have a quality product that's made for what you shoot. Never a problem in years...

Buying from overseas, PT&G has been the easiest to deal with. I was dealing with Sheila for a while and she was very good. Last time I asked about a no turn no freebore 6BR reamer. I sent the email to Shiela and it ended up with Cece? Have had nothing for a few months... At least Im in no rush with the project.

I've purchased 3 reamers and a bushing set over the last couple years with them and the products have always been delivered to my shop before the time frame i was quoted. I've spoken with Dave multiple times as well and he's always been very nice and helpfull. They will definately continue to get my business in the future.

One thing we have to keep in mind is that "we" arn't the only ones ordering parts from them.
No telling how many others are on the list?
I've got a reamer and 2 bolt heads in the works. Past the delivery date but I'll hang in there for a while longer. Good people to deal with and the quality of their products are well worth the wait.
Still waiting patiently. ;)
