Hi all,
Over the weekend I worked on a bag of 250 pieces of new .223 brass, neck sizing the brass with my Lee Collet die and chamfering the case mouth with my Hornady Chamfer Deburring tool. It appears to me that after about 150 cases the Hornady Chamfer Deburring tool is getting dull and not chamfering the inside of the case mouth as well as it did when I first started. Is this normal? Am I supposed to “sharpen” it every 100 rounds or so (and if so how)? I have another bag of 250 cases to process so I’m a little concerned.
Recommendations?
Opinions?
Thanks,
Michael
